Who is eligible?
If a member of your household receives a qualifying benefit you might qualify for a grant. Grants are also available if you are certified as ‘fuel poor’ or ‘low income and vulnerable’ by your local council. So if you don't claim benefits but you have high fuel costs, if you are older than 65, pregnant, have young children or if you have a health condition it is worth applying as you might be eligible through local authority funding rules.
